How to insert multiple cells at the same time in Excel 2007?

In the picture to the right, you may notice that in the Month Name column, February is missing and in the Month No column, 2 is missing. All you have to do is move the cells A3 to A12 one row down as well as cells C3 to C12 one row down. You can do this inserting blank cells in position A3 and C3. Doing this, cells A3 to A12 and C3 to C12 gets shifted down.
Perform the following to do so:
1. Click cell A3. Press the CTRL key from the keyboard and click cell B3.
2. On the Home tab, in the Cells group, click the down arrow below Insert. Click Insert Cells...
3. The Insert dialog box appears with the Shift cells down option selected by default.
4. Click OK.
