You can change the start level for the numbered list in the text box by performing the following steps:
1. Highlight the text that has the bullets.
2. Right-click the highlighted text. From the Mini toolbar, click the DOWN ARROW next to Bullets and Numbering and then click Bullets and Numbering…
3. In the Bullets and Numbering dialog box, click Numbered tab.
4. Enter a number directly in the Start at: spin control or use the arrow keys to increase or decrease the size of the bullets.
5. Click OK.
