How to select a column in Excel 2007?

Choose the column you need to select. For example, to select column B, move the mouse or the pointing device over the column header B. The cursor changes from plus sign to down arrow and the color of column B header changes to a darker color.

Left-click the mouse or the pointing device to select the column.

Alternately, click on any cell in column B and press CTRL + SPACEBAR to select the column using keyboard.
