How to insert a blank row using keyboard shortcuts in Excel 2007?

To insert a blank row, for example between row number 2 and 3 using keyboard shortcuts, move to any cell in row number 3 and press ALT + I + R.

Alternately, move to any cell in row number 3 and press SHIFT + SPACEBAR. This will select the entire row. Press CTRL + SHIFT + PLUS SIGN. (Not the plus sign in the Numeric keypad but the key that has the + and = sign.
