Copy value in the cell but not the formulas in Excel 2007

When you copy a cell or cells that has formulas and paste, you will see that the formulas and the values both get pasted in the destination cells. If you want to copy only the values but not the formulas then you can do so by performing the following steps:
1. Select the cell that has the formulas.
2. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click Copy.
3. Select the destination cell.
4. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click down arrow in Paste and click Paste Values.

Alternately, you can paste only the values by performing the first three steps and clicking Paste or pressing CTRL + V. You will see the Paste Options button at the lower right of the destination cell. Click the Paste Options button and click Values Only.

Note:
If you do not see the Paste Options button then click the Microsoft Office button and click Excel Options. Click Advanced from the left pane. In the right pane, click to place a checkmark besides Show Paste Options buttons and click OK.
