Change the taskbar hover time in Windows 7

Windows 7 displays a preview of the window when you hover the mouse over a taskbar item. The default mouse hover time is 400 milliseconds. You can change the mouse hover time to make the preview window appear soon or late. To change the taskbar hover time, perform the following:
1. Click the Start button . In the Search programs and files box, type regedit and press the Enter key from the keyboard.
2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse. From the right pane, double-click on MouseHoverTime to edit. (You can also right-click MouseHoverTime and click on Modify).
3. Change the value in the Value data: field.
