If the entered text in the text box appears with capital letters despite the Caps Lock being turned off then you have to change a setting by performing the following steps:
1. Click inside the text box.
2. Press CTRL + 1 to open the Font dialog box.
3. Under Effects, click to clear the check mark besides All Caps.
4. Click OK.
