How to insert a row in Excel 2007?

To insert a row, know where you need to insert the row. For example, to insert a row between row number 5 and 6, click on a cell in row number 6 and do the following:
On the Home tab, in the Cells group, click Insert and click Insert Sheet Rows.

Alternate way to insert a row is to right click on the row header and click Insert.

The quickest way to insert a row is to add the Insert Sheet Rows command to the Quick Access Toolbar by performing the following:
On the Home tab, in the Cells group, click Insert. Right click Insert Sheet Rows and click Add to Quick Access Toolbar.

Note:
When you insert a row, the data in the selected row and the data to the below of the selected row moves one row below.
