By default, the Office Clipboard pane shows up when you press the CTRL + C keys twice. If it does not show up then the
Show Office Clipboard When Ctrl + C Pressed Twice option in the Office Clipboard Task Pane is not checked.
Above the
Show Office Clipboard When Ctrl + C Pressed Twice option is the
Show Office Clipboard Automatically option. If the
Show Office Clipboard Automatically option is checked then the
Show Office Clipboard When Ctrl + C Pressed Twice option gets checked automatically. They both work in tandom but if you place a checkmark besides the
Show Office Clipboard When Ctrl + C Pressed Twice option then the
Show Office Clipboard Automatically option does not place a checkmark besides it automatically.
Perform the following to show the Office Clipboard when you press the CTRL + C keys twice:
1. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group click the Clipboard Dialog Box Launcher.
2. In the Office Clipboard Task Pane, click Options and click Show Office Clipboard Automatically (Refer to the image above). This will automatically place a checkmark besides Show Office Clipboard When Ctrl + C Pressed Twice or click only the Show Office Clipboard When Ctrl + C Pressed Twice option.
