Copy cell styles from another workbook in Excel 2007

If you had created cell styles in a workbook then you can copy the cell styles to another workbook by opening the workbook in which the cell styles are present and also opening the workbook into which you need to copy the cell styles.

Perform the following steps in the active workbook to copy cell styles from another workbook:
1. On the Home tab, in the Styles group, click Cell Styles and click Merge Styles...
2. In the Merge Styles dialog box, in the Merge styles from: box, click the workbook that has the cell styles.
3. Click OK.

If you see the message box that says Merge styles that have the same name?, it means that both the workbooks have the cell style with the same name. Click Yes to replace the style. Click No if you do not want to copy.
