By default, the Repeat command 
does not appear on the Quick Access Toolbar. You have the Undo and Redo commands on the Quick Access Toolbar. You can add the Repeat command by performing the following steps:
1. Open Microsoft Excel.
2. Click the Microsoft Office Button
and click Excel Options.
3. From the Excel Options dialog box, click Customize from the left pane.
4. From the right pane, under Choose commands from, click Popular Commands.
5. Scroll the list and click Repeat.
6. Click Add > >.
7. Click OK.
